Custom Orders & Artwork

Because Pacific Point Apparel LLC provides custom embroidery, printing, apparel, and related services, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable artwork, designs, spelling, colors, garment selections, quantities, sizes, and other order specifications before production.

Digital proofs and on-screen colors may vary from the appearance of the final physical product.

Once an order has been approved and entered into production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom and personalized products may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved order specifications, subject to our applicable return and refund policies.
