LASER ENGRAVING

 Our Laser Engraver offers unparalleled precision and durability, turning ordinary items into personalized, long-lasting treasures. The focused laser beam etches designs, logos, or text onto various materials such as metal, wood, or glass with remarkable detail.

Fill out an online request form with as much information as to what you need as possible or send us an email. Include any artwork files, mockups you might have, and garment specifications you might have so that our team can provide you with an accurate quote for your order

ARTWORK 

Once the order has been placed, should a client request a sew-out or digital proof, our skilled designers promptly prepare these visualizations. If vector or DST file is needed, we can help as well. This option allows clients to have a comprehensive preview of their chosen design before the final production begins, offering an opportunity for feedback and adjustments to guarantee absolute satisfaction with the end result.

RECEIVING / HANDLING

 Meanwhile, our dedicated receiving and handling team will meticulously examine each garment upon receipt, ensuring a thorough individual assessment, and confirming each match with the purchase order (PO). 

PRODUCTION

Once our team is armed with the specifications from your mockups, we begin transforming your logo or design into a tangible reality, and spring into action. Every detail, from artwork to color and design placement, undergoes a thorough double-check to ensure precision and alignment with our quality production standards. Only when every element meets our rigorous criteria do we initiate the production process. On average, our turnaround time from start to finish is 3-5 business days.

QUALITY CONTROL 

We do one last check to verify the precise placement of the design. This review ensures that each design is accurately positioned on the garments within the designated size range. Our experienced team pays close attention to detail, trimming any loose ends and incorporating final enhancements as needed.. This thorough quality assessment guarantees that the end product adheres to our rigorous standards before we do a handoff of the shipping department.

SHIPPING

Following a comprehensive approval from our quality control team, our shipping professionals will label each box with precision, based on size and the quantity of garments enclosed. You can expect tracking details as soon as your shipments depart our warehouse. Alternatively, for local pickups, anticipate a courtesy call to coordinate a convenient pick up time and date.
